REFUND POLICY

At Ignited Fragrance, each candle is handcrafted in small fresh batches, and therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Refunds are only applicable in the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition or is incorrect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging for verification. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier partners, minor appearance variations, fragrance preferences, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
