TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Ignited Fragrance, you agree to our terms and conditions regarding the purchase and delivery of our products. All our candles are handcrafted in small batches, and slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are natural and not considered defects. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos for verification. Ignited Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. By continuing to browse and use our website, you acknowledge and accept these terms, along with our shipping and privacy policies.
