Since we handcraft each candle in small fresh batches, this helps us maintain the best fragrance quality and consistency. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–10 business days, with faster deliveries in metro cities and slightly longer timelines for remote locations. We pack every order with bubble wrap, double-layered protective boxes, and heat-resistant packaging during summer to ensure your candles arrive safely and intact. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or incomplete addresses, but we are always here to assist you with tracking updates.
